I understand the risk involved while participating in programs involving physical activity. I also understand that having athletes pass a physical exam and/or having a doctor’s permission is recommended when coaching athletes. I fully realize that injury or illness could result from following this program, and in such a case, I will assume full responsibility for any medical bills incurred by my athlete at the local hospital or clinic. I further acknowledge that Cramer Basketball and the Coach’s Edge and staff will not be liable for any damage from injuries or illness sustained.
